Loretta Sayles has spent the past 30 plus years working in the anatomic pathology laboratory arena.  She started her career as a Histotechnologist (ASCP) which was followed by over 10 years of anatomical pathology laboratory management.  She then moved into anatomical pathology sales with a worldwide leader of instrumentation and products.  She rose from a sales rep calling on and setting up labs to the Director of Sales, Service, Engineering and Customer Service for North and South America.  Understanding the business side of anatomical pathology led her to return to the lab to manage the operations of a regional independent laboratory where she improved the bottom line over 1000% in three years.
